Today, I worked all day... until about 4:30.
I worked on the camp booklets, editing some typos and making some time changes for the schedules. I was the only one in the office other than the secretaries. I also watched some of the Pair O' Bulls things for Sunday mornings this summer. First though, we'll be doing Wake Up curriculum for the beginning two weeks. All I'll really have to do to get ready for that is print off some of the student handouts. Simple. Of course I'll have to also get the worship songs together, as well as make sure all the teachers are there and all the video/audio equipment is set up. No big deal.
Holly joined me around 3pm. She had been observing the Fingerprints all day, so she was worn out. She thought she'd hang out with me at the church until my dad got here. I didn't want her to be completely bored, so I asked her if she would start looking up youtube videos online. The videos are for a game that I'll be making up called "What Happens Next?" I'll need a bunch of videos for that game. I'll have to find a video ripper online, and I'll work on that later this week.

Anyways, my dad finally showed up at about 4:30pm. He had been riding all day on his motorcycle. He had a really really nice sunburn/tan going. I showed him around the office a little bit, then we all drove over to the Porters. My dad met Kathy and Doug, then took a shower to freshen up. We then went over to the Beyer's to check things out. My dad met Thomas and Kristy, and looked around the basement. The Beyer's and my dad talked about what could/would be done around the place to finish or get close to finishing the basement.
After that, we came back and all headed to bed. My dad has a huge day tomorrow, beginning work. I thought that I would be taking tomorrow off to help my dad, but he said that it would be best if tomorrow I worked at the church. I'll help out on another day when he needs me more. Tomorrow is more of a "figuring things out" kind of day. He'll have a better idea of what to use me for later.
And that's it. I'm glad my dad is here. I'm so thankful for what he is doing to help Holly and I. He's way awesome for doing this... and we cannot thank him enough. And with that... goodnight!
